BUYER'S REPRESENTATIVE
The successful candidate will have experience performing a variety of sales functions. The position requires a high level of attention to detail, creativity, exceptional problem solving skills, a team oriented philosophy, prior experience and success in sales and marketing. Excellent verbal and written communications skills, ability to multi-task, and proficiency with computers and Real Estate specific contact managers are a plus.
The Mainsail Group Buyers Agent will still be responsible for a variety of sales functions including prospecting/lead generation, sales negotiations, showing buyers homes, holding open houses, attending meetings, preparing correspondence and contracts.
Candidate must have long term real estate goals.
REAL ESTATE ASSISTANT
The successful candidate will have experience performing a variety of functions involved in the sales process. The position requires a high level of attention to detail, creativity, exceptional problem solving skills, a team oriented philosophy, prior experience and success in sales and marketing. Excellent verbal and written communications skills, ability to multi-task, and proficiency with computers and Real Estate specific contact managers are a plus.
A high level of computer and technology related computer skills are necessary to complete daily tasks involved with marketing, prospecting and real estate based software.
Candidate must have long term real estate goals.
